• Pets are considered with additional deposit of $500 and monthly charge of $50
• Laundry Machines are available on-site. Costs starting at $2.00 - $2.75 per wash and timed dry cycle.

• Application fee is $55 per applicant
• Utilities are not included with rent. Electric, Water & Sewer are the residents responsibility. Amounts vary monthly by usage. Electric and Sewer is provided by REU, and Water is billed through Conservice.
• Renter’s Insurance is required at residents expense. We offer Pro-Specialty Insurance that can be paid with your rent monthly. The monthly premium ranges from $11-$33 a month based on coverage.
